something unexspected has happend

hello, i just Downloaded the game last night. i had to work on it some to get it to update. and now every time i try and use the client a message pops up

that message is "Something unexpected has happened in Planeshift: Steel blue. Details:EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 035EEA80.

then it asks if i would like to save a diagnostic file.  i have run it regular and in admin mode, i did update it. the client isn't working.  i happen to be Running on Vista so ya.. can some one please help me.?

Same thing for me....got VISTA also.

All my video cards and stuff are up to date.

Also i have tried running the game in Administrative mode, i did patcher in the same mode and it worked but then game doesnt work. Reinstalled multiple times. RIght now im trying a different download link to see if it will work.

*edit* also i got Norton antivirus and have the Inbound firewall running on it.... that might be problem is suppose?

Did you try running the client as Administrator?

Right click, "Run as Administrator".
