I do not understand "capacity"
« on: May 02, 2008, 04:49:11 am »
When I open the inventory, there are a few numbers written on the left side. They read like this:

Weight:    73/202
Capacity:
176          770

Weight makes a little sense to me, I'm carrying 73 units out of 202 total allowed. However the "capacity" is still not understood. Forum search was not helpful, neither there is a mention on pswiki.

Can someone explain please? Thanks!

If you inspect items you'll see that each has a size detailed right bellow their weight. That's what capacity measures, the volume of the stuff you can carry or "bulk". In your example, the volume adds up to 176 and your max is 770. Add an item with weight 1.0 and size 4.0, you will get a 74/202 weight and 180/770 capacity.

So weight = weight
Capacity = volume.

That solves a big question for me tonight! Thanks!
