« on: March 29, 2003, 02:55:15 pm »
Hi, I was that lucky I got pS running on my linuxbox...

But everything is damn dark ... much darker then I was on my windos machine..

I dont see any ski (just black), and if make my screen brighter I only achieve that everything that was black is now grey..

there are areas where I dont see anythign..

for exaple the up the big round stairs in the dugeon..(not in the tower)
there are those 3 fences .. I cant see nothing there, altough is was not very dark when I was running win...
and all the walls.. black.. everything except the spawn (it is a bit brighter) is so dark.. I cant see anything in any corner..

I cant even notice the difference between night and day..

would appreciate any help...

p.s. I not a linux user for a long time.. so I dont know where I could change \"gamma\" on my system.. (SuSe)

If you are using the binary from planeshift-0.2.6.tar.bz2 you can\'t
change that. It is just too dark. xgamma does not help either.
You can try to compile it yourself from CVS. I did not yet manage
to make the cvs-Version work on my machine, but maybe you are more lucky.
