Updater, Client and even setup wont run

I installed this game on my pc and it worked, problem is that my graphics card is SIS Mirage 3 so all I see are white boxes. So I transferred it to my laptop which has ATI Mobility Radeon X300. (Will it work with this?). So then i installed the program and change the config from false to true. I tried to run the updater but this error message keeps popping up.

"This application has failed to startbecause the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem."

So I tried reinstalling it but the same thing happens. Got any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

I have this problem too not long ago here how to fix it

And then OpenAL32(in have nothing to do with openGL it just have the same name)
