My main character was showing another character around the Arena, pointing out major features, and I was looking at the cells in the rooms you enter into from the main corridors. To me that is what the jail should look like. In fact the roughly circular shape and nearly nondescript hallways are perfect as well. Perhaps, when you get around to making the jail, you could model it after the arena?
