 Instead there is a new error in the command prompt when I run the updater.


 Downloading update file..
 md5sum of client zip does not match correct md5sum!!
 Couldn't read file /this/updaterinfo.xml.bak!
 Failed to remove file /this/updaterinfo.xml.bak
 Update finished!

 updater blah blah, enter to exit.

 And the game is still not updated. Troubleshooting?


 Edit:
 updater is 4.02 version.
 Game client downloaded via bittorrent.

download the client from http://www.psmirror.org/ is a possibility >.>

I think you have to run the updater with the CheckIntegrity option (case sensitive) http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=33701.0

I got that and did the integrity check and most of the damn game failed to check.....there is no justice in this damn world.

At the top my updater says Updater Version 1.00 for win32
