It can work, but mostly they end up in the corner while you sit on the couch watching TV or playing PS. You MUST stick to it. So it is up to you.

As far as I know he is not and it does work. Though you can probably do it in your own without a home gym or a public one. I suggest searching the net though for other people's results.
