GPU support

will there ever be gpu support like like DirectX Video Acceleration and other gpu stuff these link msy be of some uses and i now one is a link to a media center wiki but it got some very good info on gpu for linux

since the game is used on 3 os's and only one of them uses directX i dont see anytime soon that it will be used and it is more up to CS then PS for that support.
