Unless I'm mistaken, your account and character are stored on the server, which is also the reason you can use the same account on another computer and still have your character available. Because there are two separate servers, and I assume they are two physically separate devices, the only way to transfer your character would be to move him from one server to the other by accessing the server's files via ftp. However I highly doubt that the server admins have the time to move everyone's account over. Because they are not in sync, if you trained a skill on one character, it would not be available to the one on the other server. Basically, it is possible to move them, but as of now I doubt the PS team wants to devote the time and resources to moving thousands of people's accounts and characters.
