EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 018890DA

I keep getting this error. Anyone know how to solve it? I checked system requirments and I meet all of them. I was hooked when I saw the RP guidlines and I really don't want to have to pass this game up.

searching the forums with that error code only returns this thread.

then you can either wait for a response, or try to give us more information on the system you run, what os, etc, and we can try and help you.

Sorry not tech savy so someone would have to tell me how to find everything. Onlything I do know is my video card which is NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GS. I did follow the instructions and have sent an email after checking the list there and bug tracker.
