Extreme Lag?

there are a few spots in the world where i lag extremely bad.  one spot is on OJAROAD1 getting close to hydlaa load zone.  another spot i lag is coming towards hydlaa right after i exit the forest.  anyone else have lag there?

btw.  using windows xp.

By lag, do you mean lag between you and the server?  Or do you mean CPU resources?
