ok heres how ya get to the chat room for planeshift:
go to
mIRC download it. then get it running, make a nickname, and then hit the lightning bolt to connect(or u can find it under the file section)
after that, type in on the screen:
/server irc.gamesnet.net
then type in: /join #planeshift
and u are in the chat! there is also a java link with no download required, it is
here after u get there look on hte side bar for the \"chat\"
