I've problems talking to NPCs

Hi i'm still in the tutorial but i already stuck... I've problem talking to the NPCs.

When i talk to the first lady, she says that she was gonna give me a tutorial or in other terms a quest. I just replied with simple words like "Ok" but she still doesn't understand what i was saying

Can someone help me?
