The game registration page is a very basic HTML form with PHP script to manage the entered details. Any current browser will be able to handle it.
The only reason I could imagine, why you could not access the page, is that the whole server crashed, or that you had local network issues on your site, e.g. you have to connect via a proxy which refused the server address, or had connection issues (e.g. I have a satellite connection at a specific location, and get this kind of error often when the weather is so bad that the satellite link fails).
