Ulber heart recipes for cooking skill

In the settings it lists red meat as part of the enkidukai diet.  Ulber hearts are a wonderful red meat delicacy for lots of enki's, and many of them enjoy it raw. Since red meat does not always mean raw meat, I wanted to wish/suggest two new recipes for the cooking skill. Also, other characters might be able to enjoy ulber hearts if the hearts weren't raw and bloody. 

--Ulber heart jerky: Many of the characters are often on the road and in the wilds for long periods of time. Fresh food would spoil quickly.  Ulberheart jerky would be a very useful food item.  We have already RP'd making/using it in our guild, but it would be fun to have it as a real item for everyone to enjoy.

--Ulber heart steaks: A fine meal for any meat eating race of Yliakum.

i can only imagine bulky ulbers to have tough meat.

lol, tough meat can be tenderized by an excellent cook with the right recipe and skill.

Well, the tefs already drop lard that is used by the cooks of proper level, so I guess they have a lot of fat.  Good for the enki kits to put on weight and turn it to muscle as they too train

Ok let's see what ya really got...come up with a recipe for it.  If you know cooking in-game, you know how things work, what we've used and how we've pulled together a series of combinations and transforms to get from ingredients to product.
