Unable to get help.

Hi, I have enormous problem with the darn client, I love the game so I'm trying to be patient, I try to go to the forum to see it down completely so I couldn't post, I go on the Gmtalk chat and no one available uses a pc like I do. Then I finally post on the forum get 39 views and only 1 reply which was from me adding something that I had previously forgot. Now, if I can't get help on the forum how am I suposed to get the client fixed? Because I love the game and want to play but I can'T even get to the point of logging in without having my client shut down every single time. Really, I need help in that, do I have to go on another computer and ask that online to someone through the help channel?

and did you try the main channel, #planeshift?

I'd actually recommend #planeshift-build too... they tend to know a fair amount about bugs, building, compiling, and how to get PS running with a crap GPU, by altering certain settings in PSsetup.exe .

Game Masters are available to help you in game with issues related to players and game design (e.g. hazard areas, bug results). Technical issues instead are best handled by developers and development interested or at least technically experienced users. They can often be found in #planeshift-build, although there might be more Linux related people. And the main channel #planeshift is usually the most frequented, so there is the best chance to find at least one helpful user among all present.

Not all issues are easy to solve. Unfortunately, if people don't understand an error report well or feel that they can not help anyway, they don't even reply at all... but would you really prefer a "Sorry, no clue" over no reply?
