is it possible to get winch acces both legal and illegal ways? i did the illegal way and now i am regretting it beacsue i ahve most of the legal way done and people say that you get more quests doing the legal way... so i was wondering if it was possible

This would be the wrong section; general discussion or perhaps 'HELP after entering the game' would be more suitable.
As for your question, in the end, you receive access, so you can do all the quests except those specific to a certain access. For instance, completing the end of evil access would not allow you to receive the full benefits of good access, and vice versa. Certain quests are not completable if you do one access way or the other. You can't get the legit access after completing the bad way. The guard would know you were pulling a fast one the first time.
