Being trapped in the Hell!! can't move!!

Please! Anyone knows how can I solve this situation?? I'm in the hell and I'm trapped in one of the corridors, between two bars!!! And I can't do anything, can't move or jump, anything!
Please, I have this problem for a month and I don't know what can I do...

You are already dead when you are in the deathrealm...so what should happen? You get teleported back to the entrance...so you are free again.
