Modelling Contest

What about, the community makes one model (house, tree, NPC) downloadable for fans to edit and make a contest about it. The person that makes it the most realistic or good looking wins and able to customise some of the buildings in planeshift or help with modeling. I bet there a re dozens of people willing to do it.

Sorry, to be a downer, but these things never really work out that well. However, if you'd like to work on something that is going to go in game that is community created, look into the Amdeneir project. I would point you to the old thread where the team long long in the past asked the community to help with such things for the game in general but that thread seems to be suspiciously missing... so nevermind... :whistling:

 Needs a design document; something that details the entire process required for something to be in the game. A method of transfer, too.
