i downloaded it but won\'t let me open :( it says \"to open this file Windows needs to know what program created it. \" what exactly am i supose to do?

ummm ok
did you downlaod all 5 parts from the main site AND the reassembler
if you did double click on the reasembler and it should do the work for and creat a planeshift icon in the same dir you put it in
