I dont have an ""update launcher"

I downloaded the new update and in the read me section it tells me to "launch the updater" after a long look through every file assoiciated with Planeshift i cant find this launcher?

it's called pslaunch - our tool to launch the game and run updates. if you run it, it'll automatically detect updates and ask you whether you want to download them
