The Winch???

Well first off, I'm kind of the opposite of a newbie ... I was around a loooong time ago under the name Bobodar, and came back a loooong time ago, and now I want to be back for good. Well anyways I'm kind of wondering where the winch is. I'm also wondering if I'm even allowed in the winch. It says I finished the joining the guards quest, but I think I did that quest before the Winch even existed. Anyways, any help would be appreciated, and i can't believe that this game got this far. I'm super happy with it.  nevermind i think I already figured out what I got to do. I found the doors.

I could be mistaken but it said to see Raithen about getting into the winch, but he has no quests for me and he doesn't know what I'm talking about when I ask about it.

You gotta do the quests that precede Raithen giving you the right quest. I kinda miss when it was a random chance deal. I gave up on winch access forever ago; however, by now, there are several pathways that will lead to you getting the right quest. The shady way is the old standby, but someone else in game might know the legit ways of getting in.

First, welcome back! As a mid bie (came ig at the switch between atomic and crystal blues I think but my memory is shaky around that) I know some of the old stuff and now some of the new stuff

And I am happy to rp it with you ig if we're ever on at the same time- I'm a Dermorian mostlyin in heavy armor, riding around on a rivnak, hanging out these days more at Kada's but some in Oja since ,,, welll I  will tell you that IC if you wanna know.

Roled is a good guy and so did all the good guy quests for the Winch access which took a heck of a long time but I felt accomplished and Roled felt good about helping his government and playing by the rules..  I am sure others would rp with you the bad guy route to the Winch, although Roled does know something about it as well!

If your character is more of a merchant, perhaps Silmendil (Ferentaur) could help you out by giving you some contacts. Just ask if you see him online. I found that way into the Winch the most interesting. Look for a quiet Dermorian herbalist.

yeahh i cant wait to see yall ig. i found someone in the bounty hunters that deals with animal parts. made this a lot easier.
