Tagging players

I would like the ability to tag players so that their names appear to be different colors in chat instead of just red for you and green for everyone else, which is the most common of all the color blindness.

There are options to change the color for the text display in the chat. I hope that can somewhat lessen the issue.

As for the tagging; I kinda like the idea..
I think for GM's it could be useful as well
