Psclient (No Response)

Time of test: 10 Jun,  
0OS: Windows 98, SE  
Processor: Pentium 200 Mhz  
RAM: 64 Mb  
Video Card: SiS 597/5598  
Video Card Memory: 4 Mb  
PS Client Version: 0.2.010  
OpenGL or Safe Mode: Software
Description of the bug: In the inicialiaza??o of PSClient the following happens:  
no CEL environmente variable set  
Using alternative 3D driver: crystalspace.grafics3d.software  
Warnig: Failed to load \'csddsimg\'; reason(s):  
LoadLibrary(\'csddsimg.dll\') erro 1157: File not found

 
Then it continues to execute it ties PSclient to be (Not response)  
 
The file csddsimg doesn\'t really exist.dll in my computer .

Is proplema with the file? where can I catch the file?  
Is problem of Hardaware? If it is problem of Hardware which the minimum configuration?

200mhz is to slow i think
and 64ram

cuz the game laggs on my 1,6ghz and 256ram , 10mbit connection (winxp), I think the problem is in the GFX card , Are you using a old laptop? or a old comp with intergraded Gfx? ...
