I can't create my Character

At the end of Character customization I press next and then type in my password and stuff and then press the upload button and it gives me a messege that says \"The server is not runnig or not relieble, please check the website or forums for more info.\" Then I look on the site and it says nothing about thier being problems or at least non that can I see. My dad runs a firewall through the LAN, if that is what\'s makeing the problem I don\'t know or not

That is most likely the problem, You (or your dad if you\'re not allowed to) can try to disable your firewall or make it allow UDP traffic on port 13331 from planeshift.fragnetics.com.
