Just a few of the many games I play/played:

*Nexus, Kingdom of the Winds = still a subscriber, mainly for the community...or rather, the social circle my characters there have made over the years.
*Dark Ages = beta tester and subscriber. Cancelled the account now, due to the policies set up by both GM\'s and players in multiple positions.
*Elemental Saga = beta tester. If they only listened to me and many others, they would probably be in commercial now. Alas, they are back to the drawing board with no plan to release commercial. This is classic example of allowing rampant pk/griefing does to a game.
*Dark Age of Camelot =subscriber.
*Myth of Soma = beta tester
*Lunatix = subscriber
*Xenimus = could not even leave the safe zone to try and better my characters.
*Runescape = no longer play, due to the influx of non-rp\'ers only wanting a cyber date =/
*Furcadia = no longer play. Was quite interesting to create \"dreams\".
*Quest = beta tester.

...and this is only a portion of the MMORPG\'s I play/played, not including text MUD\'s.

Patiently awaiting:
*Planeshift
*CoH
*NWN

I know you meant nothing by it :) It just sounded like you thought you were talking to a guy, so I thought I\'d have a little fun with you ;)

I played and still play runescape. It dosen\'t suck. It\'s probably the best free MMORPG out there.
All you people just got burned out on it. Got frustrated, and ran away because you couldn\'t handle people pissing you off. People are cheap. Get over it, really. It will happen on planeshift too. People will scam, cheat, and generally be nasty. Not at first, but it will get that way, just like every other MMORPG has. People will be calling other people n00bs.

Ultima online,Dark ages,Everquest,Asherons call,Dragonrealms,Gemstone III,Avalon,Graal,TEC,Runescape,Helbreath are the most recent I participated in.

Um I\'ll try to remeber all of them later and give a full listing be prepared for a book though.

I dont think it will get like that, sicne this is a free MMORPG, teh customer cant say... \"HEY i pay for this dont tell me how to act\", So us GM\'s can ban, kick and permma ban with little to no regret, since teh reprocussions are nill... and i for one want to see strict rules inforced on ingame conduct(not roleplaying, but on general conduct between people, unless ther actualy roleplaying being a nasty in which case its fine)...

If I see any one being an Ass, scamming, anything that ticks me off and noticably ticks others of as well... I\'ll boot that offending players backside out so fast they\'ll wonder what in laanxs name happened.

Thats why it wont get like RS and the other less policed games... and sicne we will be playing with you... that in its self should act as a form of insentive to be nice...

Yeah, IF you see it happening. Other MMORPGs, free ones, that are policed, still have a lot of problems. Like Graal, for example. They have all sorts of mods on the game, and still ppl act like asses. People getted banned all the time, and they also have a prison system for less serious offenses (ie, your char goes to jail for a week, you log in, your in a jail cell). And you can walk around and look at and make fun of the prisoners.

You go Bigfoot!  D*mn RS has too many ppl acting like 3 year-olds. \"Give me stuff\",\"Help me beat this quest\" yada yada, etc.,etc.

But mistwalker the jail system really doesnt work.  People still act like @$$es even if they are jail for a month... heck it might give them more to complain about.

:D WOOT! SPRING BREAK! WOOT! :D
