Run_me_first help

I downloaded all 5 part and checked the sizes but went I open the run_me_first.bat I get a error message saying \"Windows cannot find \'run_me_first.bat\'.

Please could anyone help.

The 5 part files plus the run_me_first.bat MUST be in the same directory in order for it to work.
