I hear you man!  
I never play the same game 8 hours a day. I may spend 8 hours online during the weekends, but not the same stuff. Ill go from here to a MMORPG and then to Socom Online and then ill go outside its a routine kind of. And somehow homework never gets done.

You would be able to if you played the right game.
i played one game for 8 months for more than 8 hours a day, but i did have more time then an less things to do.
if i wasnt playing games id only be watching tv or sumthing an thats even less constructive.
Im currently  gameless atm tho but i work on my server for 8 hours...and im not addicted to that.
