Well, lucasarts are planning sequels to the most popular games in their history, like Sam & Max, DOT and Full throttle.
Do they actually make an attempt to create good games once again, or do they just wanna milk out the last money from a bunch of retrogames? We\'ll find out soon enough...
I\'m pretty sure they canned Sam & Max. I\'m not entirely sure of the status of Full Throttle, but I don\'t its favorable, either

And while yes, its true that LucasArts is a publisher, its not smart buisness sense to associate yourself with bad games, which has been the majority of LucasArts titles, lately (with some exceptions). For example, what do you think when you hear the name \"BioWare\" (I know, they are a developer, but I can\'t think of a great publisher off the top of my headt)? Of course, you\'re going to expect a top-notch, professional game, as their titles tend to be. Conversely, hear the name \"Wizard Works\", and what do you think? Bargain bin material, usually.
I also agree with Venge, it is rather disrespectful to hate software (or the companies/developers that make it) simply because it costs money. However, on the other hand, judgeing a piece of software based on its quality (useability) is perfectly reasonable, which is what I\'ve seen in the majority of this thread. However, in that regard, PS rates rather lowly, as its only a pre-alpha tech demo; on the other hand, if you asked me what I thought of PS, I\'d probably proclaim my love for it, based on its promise (and due to the fact that I actually have fun while I\'m online, somehow...).
One question to anyone who has been playing SWG since launch (and is not a Star Wars/SWG fanboy), how has it progressed since that inital month?
