I would get Fedora over Red Hat. No account activation crap to update, and more like the way redhat was before it thought it would charge people for services.
It\'s mostly made by redhat employees so it\'s almost the same, but better.

I\'m using Linux right now. I have RedHat. It works as my serverside desktop. Unfortunately, you have to pay for support now. It used to be free.
