Quick question.....
« on: December 11, 2003, 09:11:01 pm »
Righto, so I downloaded the files I needed to.  Put them all in the same directory.  I double-clicked and ran the run_me_first.bat.

Then after that, a launch icon appeared in the folder named PlanetShiftV0.2.010.  I clicked on it to run it, and I was given the following error:

Installer corrupted or incomplete.

This could be the result of a failed download or corruption from a virus.

If desperate, try the /NCRC command line switch.

I personally dont want to try that, because well, Im not that desperate to get it running.  But I WOULD like to get it running.

Well, any thoughts?

Any other hosts with the file, that is a link I can right click and save target?  That one wont let me, and for some reason the actual page will not load.

Much thanks to anyone who knows of another spot to get it.

I don\'t think the SF servers support that.  Anyway, you should check the MD5s of the parts as described on the download page.
