Connection problems, firewall setting?

Hi I\'m try to connect to planetshift server,
web page said it\'s online and I can ping it but I can\'t connect with client?
there is some firewall special settings for this game?

I can open connection but I must forward ports for some programs.

Have planetshift same problem?

Client is updated and server name could be resolved, I try tracert and ping and all seem good.

1: It\'s PlaneShift, not planetshift (i don\'t care if happy mirth people come attacking me now and call me a spelling nazi or whatever..)

2: you have to open port 13331 UDP, this is the port PlaneShift uses to connect to the server, see the Important threads for more info.
