Link Dead Fix

After looking at someone\'s post, it seems they were right, certain advantages/disadvantages cause you to be \"linkdead\". All I\'ve checked so far are stat disadvantages, perhaps bringing you below a minimum amount causes it? I had the least endurance possible, then took Dis/Endurance, and it wouldn\'t work. I haven\'t tested any other stat disadvantages, but I will shortly.

Hardly what I would call a Linkdead Fix, but...

Generally, there\'s several things you should do to minimise the risk of falling Linkdead.

1. Create your character as quickly as possible to maintain the link between your client and the server.

2. Spend all of your attribute/skill points. If you don\'t, you\'re inviting trouble.

3. Disable your firewall, if you have one. Alternatively (and if you use a Router especially), allow UDP traffic for the server through port 13331. Consult your firewall or router documentation if you are unsure how to do this.
