ok new to planetshift and i can't get on

ok my problem is i made a player but when i try to connect the game tells me Their is an error with my account info. i have no clue what it is or how to fix it

thanx and i\'ve always guessed on how to spell stuff or what a word is so to correct my self from that mistake and make you happy man i\'ll just refer to it a PSblue
