not a valid win32
« on: March 04, 2004, 04:44:28 am »
After I downloaded the game and ran the reassembler, when I click to run the program it says it is not a valid win32 application.  Anybody have any solutions?

This can be caused by a couple of things.  If you are running XP, try the compatability modes (98/ME first) and if that doesnt work, it could be a corrupted file and you have to redownload.

In the case that you have to redownload, you can use the MD5 signature checker tool on the Downloads page of the main website to check the validity of each of your .part files. Alternatively, you can download the full, pre-compiled file of the game from http://planeshift.fragnetics.com :)
