The Defenders brotherhood
« on: March 19, 2004, 06:59:01 am »
A new thread to spare good and neutral planeshifters the reading of the flamed old one. (and give the an oportunity to evil ones to flame again)

We are a brotherhood, not an Army. We are all brothers and sisters.

We are lawful-good. We won\'t tolerate evil or dark magic.

We will help for free, anyone in need for help.

In peaceful times, we might accept rewarded missions.

All warriors, mages willing to bring light to Yliakum and following the rules of honor are welcome among us.

Professions :
Hero : Silenthero, our leader
Mindcrafter : Aineko, can recruit new brothers and sisters
Guardian: Warriors
Cleric : Healers and mages on the Crystal and Blue Way.
Knights: Strong warriors for perilous missions
Battle Mage: Mages of the red way
Paladin: Holy Warriors using magic of the Crystal and Blue Way.
Invoker: Mages with summoning and protection spells from the Brown way.

website : http://defenders.rr.nu/
forums : http://tdg.board.dk3.com/

updated board. we now have a new board.

Silenthero and Aineko won\'t be able to connect for some time.

So I will take care of the recruiting.

you can meet me in Hydlaa or on the Defenders forums.

note: Don\'t ask to join only because you want to be in /any/ guild. We are not looking for /any/ fighter.

PS:Thank you for your support Davis and Phinehas

You could at least say something more.

Good luck with the New and Improved  Defenders Guild. The last thread was a little....iffy...

Thanks for your support too.

The old thread was so long. I don\'t remember if I even had read it entirely.
To the ones who did, I can only confirm that the new  Defenders are improved  :))

It\'s hard for me to find the english words to describe the evolutions of the guild.
Let me just say that the guild was not really in chaos. We only needed time to think about our vocation.
We had to redefine a website and start a new BBoard.
All this is done now.

With the departure of Draklar, many of the oldest members left too. They did it for theyr own reasons.
Ever since, we maintained the spirit of the brotherhood.

Being a recent member of the PS community, I had to think about the need of a Guild like Defenders among the other Guilds.
Creating a guild is so easy in PS, that I should have created a new one. But I did not.
Why?
- Because I think that a brotherhood, ready to help the others, following the light way, was/is and will be needed. I don\'t want to divide the few Lawful-good players in a number of weak guilds.
- The PS community exists. The ancient guilds are part of it.
- In a world surrounded by FPS, and recieving each day the visit of agressive players, it\'s good to know who are your friends and your valorous enemies.
My friends are in the Defenders, the friendly and allied guilds.
- Each guild had crises. It might also happen to the new ones. The link between the members is often stronger after that. In Defenders, it\'s the brotherhood spirit that was greatly enhanched.
- We are the heirs of a long history and the keepers of the trust that our friends and allies showed. We have to keep the promises we made to defend them and every Hydlaan against every threat.
