I just wanted to introduce myself and say that PlaneShift is really looking great! I was a long-time player of UO (I really hope the PS community never ends up like that) but I haven\'t played that, or any other MMORPG, in about 8 months. One of the major reasons is because, being completely fed-up with Windoze and Micro$ofts \"trusted computing\" direction, I completely switched to Linux.
I think that PS being developed for Linux is totally awesome. There were a lot of sacrifices I had to make to be totally free of the borg and it\'s exciting to see a light on the horizon.
I tried the lates PS release a few months ago and was really impressed with the quality of it (considering it\'s not even really alpha yet) And I can\'t wait for the next release.
