How can I make shortcut keys?

I want to know how I can make shortcut keys for often used commands like /shout or /tell.

i believe that in aneiko\'s mods there is something like that present, tough i am never able to download any of them cause i always get a message that the server i wish to download from is down or that there is a other problem at the downloading site... tough you can try it, maby you get lucky that the downloading works.

If there isn\'t one currently its not that difficult to make one, just create a new function called \"shout\" and when you press on a given button you will call this function. This function will be defined that it will add \"/shout \" to the chatbox thaats a little bit trickier but not impossible to make. I guess there is already one out :/

I cant program in c++ yet I only know vb.net so if you wanna maybe write the code and where to put it I\'d really really like you...

I just started programming in C++*, I currently only create console programs lol.

* Like 6 weeks now

Maybe if you can wait like 2 months I would be able to make it, I learn very fast you know :)
