The Newbie has landed
« on: June 16, 2004, 09:51:09 pm »
As an experienced betatester who have betatested more than one games, and other stuff besides games (betas of board software for political simulations, etc), I believe I have much to contribute to this community. That being said, I\'ve found a bug in the game - But I\'m unable to post a bug report in the bug report forums since it says I don\'t have permission to post there. Any prompt action on rectifying this problem is much appreciated.

The devs wanted to redirect all the bugs to the sourceforge tracker. That\'s why the forum here is locked. But i think that all the bugs possible have already been found. Stuck in walls, wall-climbing, lag -jumping, cheating, ... the devs are aware of (almost) everything. You can still report if you find something know (i really doubt it though). Read the FAQs to know what has already been discovered and what you should be aware of.

Note that you won\'t do betatesting - more pre-alphatesting ;)

Ah, I must have missed the announcement while reading over the forums earlier. I have reported the problem using the sourceforge tracker:

[ 974200 ] Character is stuck between rock and trail

If your character is stuck, use /spawn.

If /spawn doesn\'t work, quit the game and run the Updater.exe program. /spawn will now work.
