It could be handled like dungeon keeper where the loser is knocked out and workers at the arena drag the loser out of the arena.
You would have to pay a fee to the death god to be able to use the arena if this happens though as he wont spare your life for free

I like the idea..
But how much should you pay? Should it be a symbolic amount? If not, it would practically cut-off the new people coming to PS..

At this stage it is impossible to figure out a reasonable amount to pay as we dont know if 1,000 tria will be considered rich or poor. Maybe the cost could be based somehow on how much health you have.
