100mb is extremely small for any game, unless it was created before 1998...

Well anyways, there\'s a few things you can do. First, delete the .exe file.
Click here to download the new version of the run_me_first and replace the old one. Also download the MD5 checksum program.
Run this new version of the run_me_first.
As the link says, this will automatically check each file for corruptions. If any of the .parts are corrupt, you will need to re-download that part.
The rest should be self explainatory. Hope that helps.
