The reason we haven\'t and will never attack Canada is simple: It\'s an unjustifiable waste of money.
The Canadians are already relatively quiet, calm, and usually co-operative.
Bush would not use nukes unless they were used on him. His advisors would tackle him and drag him away if he tried (and he wouldn\'t try.)
