Hugely low FPS help.

I just started playing planeshift for the first time. Now after 15minutes aiting for initializing world. When i enter i get so very low FPS

My system is definetly not slow:

AMD Athlon XP2000+@1.67GHz
512MB SD DDRAM
ATI Radeon 9600XT 128mb
some asus motherboard

Try running the Updater and loading the game again. It may also be due to your Radeon card, as MB doesn\'t seem to like them very much. If you can, try moving your character into the temple (the big red spikey building) and your FPS will dramatically improve.

What driver version are you using? When I used the drivers shipped with my Radeon 9600 Pro I had some major trouble too. I downloaded the latest drivers (in January though), from that time on it got a lot better :)
