During installation i get \"Error opening file for writing:
....\\pfnpcdialog.dll\" and in the game couldn\'t init cel manager.

Well that was certainly an informative post, brimming with information, a clear and consise explaination of the problem with all the details needed to help someone experiencing a technical problem.

Currently, my guess is: your installation files are corrupt. Maybe you should re-download them. *shrug*

Cel: search.
