I have found a nice spot for free webhosting, it is here:
http://www.spiralpages.com/packages.php The only downside seems to be 2gb monthly bandwidth. I thought this might be nice for small guilds and personal sites.
Edit: You have to send in a registration telling what your site is about, so they don\'t have bad sites. The registration is pretty lax though.
