I\'m not sure I can help very much, but I will at least give you some things to try. First, make sure caps lock is off when making your character (hey, I\'ve done it before). Second, make sure the server part in the login screen says \"planeshift.fragnetics.com\" (is it .com? I always forget). If it still won\'t work, try the IP address of the server (203.81.47.74) instead of the actual server name (yes, there is only 1 server). If it still won\'t work, then I would just wait for the next release (Crystal Blue) to come out. It should be relatively soon, so there is really no reason to start a character in the current release (except maybe to reserve a name).
