VIDEO PROBLEM: SCREEN SHIFTS AROUND

When i start the game the screen shakes around and little squares and tiles move all over like its a puzzle rearranging a picture...how do i fix this?

Nvm, i just changed the resolution to 800x600 and it fixed it. ty
