Cant see whole screen

Whenever i open up PS i can click on the buttons but i cannot see the whole screen, part of the screen is chopped off the right bottom and left.

I changed the properties a little bit but it has no good effect

well i had this problem too, then i changed the screen res to 1024x768. You can do this by right-clicking the mouse on the desktop and going to properties. Then you click the \"setteings\" tab and you should see the slider to change it. it is measured in pixels. thats how i fixed my problem
