Two unrelated bugs

i got two bugs to report, i found the first a few days ago, and reported it on irc, but as i found the second bug a few minutes ago and reported it on irc, moogie said i should go to the forums, so here i am with both bugs

First, i lent one of my glyphs to a friend, but noticed how i, after having saved the spell could still cast it without the glyph, we tried this several times, it always worked...

Second, I have suceeded mining every single try almost a hundred times in a row, this can\'t be normal...

yes, i noticed that with the glyphs.
and yes, once i put prog points into mining i started getting it every time... but im not complaining about either of these bugs
