Also, if you use the search button it helps a bit, for future reference.  This link was posted in a couple of other threads.  Other than that, welcome to PlaneShift and Enjoy!

EDIT:  Looks like Gitawego beat me to it!!

Only BitTorrent at the moment. Give it some time, and it may speed up as you begin seeding more.

I had been trying to install from CVS for a while now and, quite frankly, I just gave up for the time being so big binary here I come! Anyway, I\'m on linux and running (obviously) the (now) older 0.3.013 version. When the update comes in the next few days will \'updater\' update everything or do I have to redownload the whole binary again? (a pain in the butt, as I am currently at school and my torrents get limited, so I download these things at the speed of slow)

The most recent updater has Linux binaries support.  I don\'t know if it was in the last package, but I\'m sure it works in the updated one Xordan posted somewhere.  Whenever we get the servers setup for it, you should be able to use it.

So a simple run of \'updater\' should do the trick then, you\'re saying?

no you\'re not, cause you actually said it. if you were sorry you wouldn\'t have said it.

but, if you were to read carefully you would find that it isn\'t the update that you are downloading, but the full game. the updates _will_ be smaller, but aren\'t ready yet.

besides. so what if you downloaded it only two days ago. you just happen to have a case of poor timing, and maybe a few other things, more then anything else.

If you don\'t want to redownload the whole package, just wait for the update servers to be setup.  It  won\'t kill you.
